Our verdict: we cannot call Wintino a licensed casino, because there is nothing to verify. Everything below is taken from its own published terms, version 1.12, last updated 19 August 2026 - you can check each point yourself. If you play here, treat any balance as unprotected.
Step 1 - Licence Verification
This is the first thing we do for any casino, and normally the quickest: find the licence number in the footer, type it into the regulator's public register, confirm the status is active and the name on the register matches the site. Our licence verification guide walks through it.
At Wintino the process stops at step one. There is no licence number in the footer. There is no licence seal, no regulator name, and no licence section in the About page or the terms and conditions. Nothing is claimed, so there is nothing to look up.
It goes further than a missing number. The governing-law clause of the terms says disputes are settled "in accordance with the applicable Law" without ever naming which law or which country. Complaints are handled by an internal "Complaints Resolution Committee", and no external arbitration body is named. There is no regulator to escalate to because no regulator has been claimed.
That matters more than any other finding on this page. A licence is the mechanism behind every other protection - segregated player funds, audited games, an independent complaints route. Without one, none of those are guaranteed by anyone. We cover the detail in what a casino licence protects you from.
Step 2 - Ownership and Operator History
Wintino's terms define "the Company" as "the company operating the Website" and never name it. There is no company registration number, no registered office and no parent group named in the footer, the About page or the terms. The About page is marketing copy that mentions anti-money-laundering compliance without naming the entity doing the complying.
The brand is new, established in 2026, so there is little history to weigh either way. One relevant player complaint appears on public record - not a pattern, but also not much of a track record. The main domain also redirects to a numbered mirror, which is a pattern worth knowing about when you are deciding how much to trust a site.
Wintino's own terms exclude players from the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Denmark, Cyprus, Lithuania and Estonia - and, notably, from Malta and Curacao, the two jurisdictions most online casinos are licensed in.
Step 3 - Bonus Terms Analysis
The headline is 125% up to NZ$1,776 (EUR 888) plus 250 free spins, on a minimum NZ$40 deposit. The terms underneath it are where the value goes.
Wagering is 35x on the deposit and the bonus combined, not the bonus alone. Deposit NZ$400 for a NZ$500 bonus and you are betting 35 times NZ$900 - about 79 times your own deposit - inside a 10-day window. Free spin winnings carry a separate 40x requirement.
Three further clauses cap what you can actually take out. Bonus winnings convert to real money up to 10x the bonus amount and no further. Free spin winnings are capped at NZ$100 for up to 50 spins, or NZ$200 above that, with the excess voided. And the 250 spins are drip-fed at 25 per day for 10 days, with each daily batch expiring after 24 hours - miss two days and those spins are gone.
A NZ$200 maximum bet applies while a bonus is active, and exceeding it is treated as bonus abuse. Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer at all. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids it.
By our scale, that is a low score: 35x on a combined base with a 10-day window and a 10x conversion cap sits well inside the "wagering 40x+, hidden clauses, very short expiry" band described in our methodology.
The recurring offers are better. The daily cashback is 15% up to NZ$800 at 1x wagering, which is a genuinely fair structure - but it is restricted to VIP levels 2 to 5 and needs opting into in four-week cycles, so a new player cannot use it.
Step 4 - Payment Methods and Withdrawal Speed
The cashier is one of Wintino's real strengths. Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Skrill and MiFinity sit alongside Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Dogecoin, Solana, Cardano, BNB, USDC and USDT across four chains. Accounts run in NZD or EUR.
Withdrawal ceilings rise with VIP level, from NZ$1,000 a day and NZ$13,000 a month at level 1 to NZ$3,000 a day and NZ$35,000 a month at level 5. Those monthly figures are higher than a number of licensed competitors, and we credit that.
The timing is where it slips. The terms promise processing "within 3 business days", but payment agents work Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm GMT only, so a Friday evening request sits until Monday. No more than three withdrawals can be pending at once.
The clause to read twice. You must wager your deposit once before withdrawing. Request a payout before you have, and the casino may cancel the winnings or charge a 10% commission on the withdrawal - 15% if you deposited by card or bank transfer. There is also a minimum monthly wagering threshold of NZ$40 in the calendar month of your request, or the withdrawal can be declined outright. And if you do not log in for 180 days, a NZ$10 monthly administration fee runs until the balance is empty.
KYC documents are requested at the casino's discretion. You get 30 days to supply them and verification usually takes up to 10 days after that, during which withdrawals can be held.
Step 5 - Customer Support Quality
Both live chat and email support exist, which is more than some of the operators on our unlicensed casino warning signs page manage. The catch is in the VIP terms: round-the-clock live chat is listed as a benefit of VIP level 1 and above, rather than a baseline service every player gets.
Combined with a payout desk that only runs on weekdays, a problem raised on a Saturday can wait until Monday before anyone with authority sees it.
Step 6 - Responsible Gambling Tools
Wintino has a responsible gambling page carrying the usual self-help text and links. What we could not find documented anywhere are the tools themselves: no deposit limit, no loss limit, no session timer and no self-exclusion switch is described in the account settings.
At a licensed casino these are a licence condition, not a courtesy. Their absence here is a direct consequence of the finding in step one - no regulator is imposing them.
Step 7 - Game Library and Software Providers
This is the part of the review where Wintino does well. The provider filter lists 140 studios. The largest catalogues come from Spinomenal, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Foxium, Yggdrasil, Amusnet, Hacksaw Gaming, Evoplay, CT Interactive, BGaming and Microgaming. There is a jackpot section with live tickers, and categories for megaways, bonus buys and instant games.
The live casino runs to 191 headline titles including a branded "Gold Saloon" environment with 17 tables, plus 187 roulette variants, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. Stakes run from about $0.20 to $40,000. The sportsbook covers prematch and live betting, horse racing and virtual sports on the same wallet.
One caveat on the marquee names: Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming and Red Tiger do not appear in the provider filter, although a handful of Evolution game shows are referenced in the bonus contribution rules. Treat the presence of the biggest studios as partial.
Bonus contributions are worth knowing before you play: pokies, scratch cards and keno count 100%, Evolution-style game shows 50%, instant games 10%, and a list including Aviator, Spaceman and mines-type titles counts nothing at all.

Should You Play at Wintino?
If you are in the UK, the answer is settled for you twice over: Wintino excludes UK players in its own terms, and UK players are legally required to use a UKGC licensed casino.
Everywhere else it is a judgement about risk rather than legality. The library is real, the cashier is broad and the withdrawal ceilings are decent. But if a payout is refused, a bonus is voided or an account is closed with a balance on it, you have no regulator to complain to, no register to check, and no company name to pursue. That is the whole trade.
If you want the same crypto flexibility with a licence behind it, our licensed crypto casinos page lists operators whose licence numbers can be checked on a public register. For the strongest player protections, the safest online casinos page is the place to start.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Wintino licensed?
No licence is published anywhere on the site. There is no regulator named, no licence number and no seal in the footer, the About page or the terms. Because no regulator is claimed, there is no public register on which its status can be checked.
Who owns and operates Wintino?
The operator is not disclosed. The terms define "the Company" only as "the company operating the Website" and never name it. No registration number and no registered address appear anywhere on the site.
Can UK players use Wintino?
No. The UK is on Wintino's own excluded list, and UK players are legally required to use casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Malta, Curacao, the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Denmark, Cyprus, Lithuania and Estonia are excluded too.
What is Wintino's welcome bonus wagering requirement?
35x, applied to the deposit and bonus combined rather than the bonus alone - roughly 79x your deposit at a full match. The window is 10 days, free spin winnings carry a separate 40x, and bonus winnings convert to real money only up to 10x the bonus.
How long do Wintino withdrawals take?
The terms say within 3 business days, but payment agents work Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm GMT only. A maximum of 3 withdrawals can be pending at once, and withdrawing before wagering your deposit once costs a 10% commission, or 15% on card and bank deposits.
